Obsidian Codex Press is a small independent publisher devoted to producing rare and beautifully crafted editions of dark fiction, arcane lore, and forgotten literary relics. Our mission is simple: to create books that feel like artifacts: objects of mystery, reverence, and lasting value.

We began as Cultist Armoury, creating immersive handouts and supplements for Lovecraftian tabletop RPGs. But over time, our passion for forbidden texts and eldritch storytelling grew into something more ambitious. Obsidian Codex Press was born from that evolution, a place where history, myth, and imagination converge.

Each edition we publish is designed with obsessive care: historical textures, period-accurate design choices, and just enough shadow to unsettle. These are books meant not only to be read, but to be held, displayed, and passed on.

From speculative grimoires to limited literary restorations, our titles are produced in small quantities, many never to be reprinted. We believe that rarity matters. That weight matters. That wonder should be physical.
